Since Mode hasn't emailed me his rumored list of night life information, I've decided to put this link here instead, which is probably better than what we were originally going to put here.
TimeOut New York - The online version of the weekly magazine you see at all the newsstands around here. Really good info and reviews on what's going on around town, with a good "Event Finder" thing (see the upper right hand corner of the screen when you get to the site.)
New York Today: Around Town - New York Times brings you New York Today, with cool tips on stuff to do. Sure beats waiting for Mode to tell you what's going on.
NYToday: Cheap Thrills - Another section of NYToday, great for the frugal med student who wants to have some fun but doesn't want to get into any more debt than he/she already is. While you're at it, if you're even cheaper, try checking out the Coupons Section of NYToday, although most of the stuff they have coupons for is kind of lame or else esoteric.
